Did your Nonna make those delicious rice balls that are coated with bread crumbs and deep fried? Well now you can learn how to make them too. An Arancini-making class will be held on Sunday, May 7, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at the Italian Cultural Center located at 56 Margaret Street, Springfield. What could be better than sharing in this Italian tradition together? An instructor, supplies and space will be provided for adults and children. Just bring an apron and take home what you make.
