About a decade ago, the owner of Smart Start Preschool, Robin Jensen, saw a local need for more than just an autism resource for families directly affected. Thus the Autism Resource Center at the Agawam Public Library was born. Since the center has grown tremendously and does not only benefit our own backyard, but because of its unique nature, enjoys a high circulation rate all the way to the corners of the state, including Great Barrington to Worcester. While the center is housed at the public library in Agawam, Smart Start is the sole financial support for the maintenance and growth of the center. This event is booked to do just that! We have been in the planning stages since late October and cannot wait to see all of our planning come together very soon.
On Friday, April 28th from 6-9pm at Club One in Feeding Hills, over 25+ vendors, a local group offering FREE chair massages, mini reiki treatments and angel card reading, two magicians, a local children's author selling and signing his newest book and many more will come together for A Date Night for a Cause. We will have food, signature drinks and drink specials, a 60+ bottle wine ring toss, an interactive "Heads or Tails" 50/50, 50+ silent auction items, door prizes and so much more. Tickets are only $10 and are available in advance by calling Robin or Dawn at Smart Start Preschool 413-786-0302 and will also be available at the door.
