The Kaleidoscope Series by Bay Path University presents New Research, New Diagnostics: Alzheimer's. In recent years, researchers have embraced novel diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer’s disease. These criteria are related to symptoms and biomarkers of the disease, and may soon be recommended for diagnosing in the clinic. In this talk, Dr. Jonathan Jackson, a researcher from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, will focus on the current research findings in early detection and diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. Information on upcoming clinical trials that aim to prevent Alzheimer’s disease before symptoms are exhibited will also be discussed. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required at www.baypath.edu.
